With over 16 years of professional experience, Dr. Arshi Ayub Zaveri has worked extensively in active partnerships and family office advisory, requiring sub-structuring of strategic initiatives, economic and political management, and business & financial facilitation across the MENA and Asia-Pacific regions.
She holds academic credentials in Public Policy Economics from the University of Oxford, strengthening her ability to operate at the intersection of policy, finance, governance, and global markets.
She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Trust With Trade Group, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates—an independent, fully integrated international group backed by a family office. The group operates across oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, waste management, and green & renewable technologies, and has recently diversified into Artificial Intelligence, Neuroscience, and Biotechnology.
In parallel, she is a Senior Investment Advisor to multiple UAE Royal Family Offices, advising and investing across Central & South Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Oxygenate focuses on large-scale plantations of tissue-culture bamboo, supported by affiliated laboratories and scientific expertise, enabling maximum direct carbon sequestration and renewable energy generation. The initiative positions Oxygenate Bamboo as the “Next Disruptive Technology for Global Warming”, aligned with the UAE’s transition toward a green circular economy.
